How to find us:

Playa Jacó is located roughly at mid-point on the Central Pacific coast. There are signs on the main highway from the Capital city of San José, as Jacó beach is the closest beach to the city.

Once in Jacó, call us and we will gladly tell you how to find us, or if you like you can come via taxi. Directions are:

Volunteers:	Sylvia van Baekel, Jacó — collects sick animals and fosters them in her house until they get adopted. She is also great at finding them new homes. Arusha Pabisch, Jacó — our kitty-foster-mom. She takes care of all — cats and kittens. She spays/neuters them and keeps them at her place until there are new homes for them. Andrea Wady and Leo Hogan with family, Hermosa — collect and take care of sick, injured animals until they get adopted. Elisabeth Lubbers, Esterillos — takes care of abandoned animals in Esterillos and around. Taffy Tucker — spends only 4-5 months a year in Jacó but in this time her house is always full of abandoned and recuperating puppies — we cannot wait to have Taffy for good in Costa Rica.
